How to Order

1. Our prices are FOB MANILA in US$, thus the delivery place should be within Metro Manila.  Otherwise, we will require an extra charge of at least US$100.00 or an amount equivalent to the costs that will be incurred based on the distance from our factory to the delivery place.
2. Our prices do not include costs of special hangtags / labels and special packaging.  A simple barcode label, however, shall be supplied and attached to each item with no additional charges .
3. The minimum quantity acceptable (MOQ) for ornaments is 288 pcs. and 72  to 144 pcs . for tabletops per style per color  depending on the size with the minimum total value of US$5,000.00.  Below this amount, a surcharge of US$300.00 shall be added to cover the cost of  shipping documentation and origin charges.
4. Our production lead time is usually 120 working days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays upon receipt by our bank of the client’s 50% down payment, with the balance to be fully paid after we e-mail copies of the shipping documents.
5. All original shipping documents shall be sent by courier to the client upon receipt of the balance remittance.
6. We can only commit EXCLUSIVITY for clients’ own designs, although we charge a product development fee of US$25.00 per inch.
